minimumoffice gmbh was founded in 2006 by minimum einrichten gmbh, to expand the minimumgruppe by a location specialising in office furniture. Since 2012, minimumoffice has been located at the Aufbau Haus in the middle of Kreuzberg, where 140 years ago the industrial development of Berlin had its origin and where now all around the Oranienstrasse the Silicon Valley of the internet is being created.
In our new showroom at the Aufbau Haus, we have designed a selection of fresh office equipment solutions for our customers. At the core of our consulting are workplace ergonomics with the Vitra Chairlab, work desks adjustable by electro motors that will increasingly become a part of the office in the future, the intensification of informal communication between the employees through the creation of novel communication zones, new solutions for conference technology all the way to complete general contracting for your new office equipment, no matter whether this is a large company operating nationwide or a start-up around the corner.

How can we ensure efficient processes, make sure that communication and concentration run in parallel, and how do we sit correctly?
You can develop ideas, try things out and work out specific needs with us at our minimumoffice Showroom at the Aufbau Haus in Kreuzberg, as well as in the Vitra-USM Store at stilwerk , and we supply the know-how, planning aids and implementation. We also offer you individual solutions for open plan offices, executive areas, for architects, lawyers, doctors and engineers, for reception and conference areas and canteens as well, with leading manufacturers such as Vitra, Wilkhahn and USM and office furniture classics from Thonet, Richard Lampert and sdr+.

For BREAD & BUTTER, minimum developed their Active Guest Management area. The AGM is responsible for the complete customer service of the rapidly expanding international fashion fair. The project included the new design and implementation of the complete interior construction, the lighting concept and interior design of the rooms.

minimum was responsible for the complete interior design of the newly renovated Berolinahaus. Reception, lounge areas, workstations and conference rooms were planned, structured and fitted according to specific requirements.
K & L Gates
K & LGates LLP is an internationally leading firm of solicitors and has had a subsidiary in Berlin since 2007. We carried out a major part of the interior design together with the architectural offices of LSM from Washington. A focus was placed on the exclusive, customer-specific selection of fabrics and leather that made the interior highly unique.
Apellas Bauwert
The domicile of the apellasbauwert property group is situated in the so-called
"3 Leipziger" in the Berlin Mitte district. The triple section
building construction is characterised by classic structures of the architects
Patzschke & Partner and the modern new construction of Grüntuch Ernst
Architects. The offices of apellasbauwert are housed in the fourth and fifth
storeys. The interior designer Friederike Zauleck together with minimum
specified the consistently high quality of m-pur desks and corpus-c cupboards
equipped with special acoustic fronts and fabric back panels.
